Dan Mannes, CFA

Biography

Dan Mannes is a Senior Equity Research Analyst for the Small Cap Value and SMID Core Teams at Loomis, Sayles & Company, where he covers the materials, utilities and industrials sectors. He joined Loomis Sayles in 2022 and has 20 years of investment industry experience. Previously, Dan was vice president of investor relations at Covanta Holding Corporation, where he led investor relations for a waste-to-energy company, was the primary interface with the investment community and served as a strategic resource to senior management on investor-related areas. Prior to this, he was a managing director at Avondale Partners, providing research on small cap industrial, material and energy companies to institutional investors. Before that, Dan was a principal financial analyst at Constellation Energy Group, where he worked on the treasury team helping to forecast cash flow and issuing debt and equity securities. He earned a BSBA from Washington University and an MBA from the University of Maryland. Dan is a CFA® charterholder.
