Biography
Nate Henderson is a Portfolio Manager for the Small/SMID Equity Opportunities Team at Loomis, Sayles & Company, where he co-manages the Small Cap Value and Small/Mid Cap Core strategies. In addition to his portfolio management responsibilities, Nate maintains primary research coverage for several holdings within both strategies, with an emphasis on the consumer discretionary and financial services sectors. He joined Loomis Sayles as an Equity Analyst in 2013, was promoted to Senior Equity Analyst in 2020 and to Portfolio Manager in 2026. Previously, Nate was an equity analyst on the small cap team at the State of Wisconsin Investment Board. He earned a BA from Spring Arbor University and an MBA from the University of Wisconsin at Madison. Nate is a CFA® charterholder.
