Biography
Robin Lenarz is an Assistant General Counsel at Loomis, Sayles & Company, where she oversees all transactional work for the Private Credit Group. In this role, she is responsible for review, negotiation and analysis of transaction documentation, management of the closing process and related regulatory matters. Robin joined Loomis Sayles in 2023 and has 25 years of investment industry experience. Previously, she was a vice president and assistant general counsel at Securian Asset Management, responsible for review and negotiation of transaction documents for private placement bond, private equity and commercial real estate investment teams along with related regulatory and investment advisory matters. Prior to this, Robin was the internal counsel for fixed income investment teams and corporate transactions at Ameriprise Financial. She is on the board of trustees and co-chair of the education committee at the American College of Investment Counsel. Robin was named one of the Top Women in Finance in 2018 by Mpls St Paul Magazine. She earned a BA in Economics from Hamline University and a JD from Harvard Law School.
