Biography
Rebecca O’Brien Radford is the General Counsel at Loomis, Sayles & Company, where she leads the Legal and Compliance Department. She is also a member of the firm’s Board of Directors. Rebecca joined Loomis Sayles in 2011 as an Assistant General Counsel, was promoted to Deputy General Counsel in 2021 and to General Counsel in 2023. Prior to Loomis Sayles, she was a partner at the law firm of K&L Gates, LLP, in the investment management practice group. There, Rebecca focused her practice on investment management and securities law, counseling registered investment advisers, registered funds and private funds. Previously, she was an associate at the law firm of Dechert LLP in the financial services group. Rebecca earned a BA from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, a License en Droit from the Université d’Aix-Marseille III (France) and a JD, magna cum laude, Order of the Coif, from Boston College Law School.
