Biography
Paul Ong is Managing Director of Loomis Sayles Investments Asia Pte. Ltd. As head of the Loomis Sayles Singapore office, Paul is responsible for the firm’s Asian strategy, covering relationship management and investment. He leads the client service effort for Asia, including Japan. Paul joined Loomis Sayles in 2011 from the Monetary Authority of Singapore, where he was a lead portfolio manager for the externally-managed portion of Singapore’s foreign reserves. He earned a Bachelor of Arts and a Master of Engineering from the University of Cambridge. Paul is a CFA® charterholder and holds the Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA) designation.
