Biography
Justin Dutcher is the Associate Director of Sustainability at Loomis, Sayles & Company. In this role, he partners with the Chief Sustainability Officer to develop and execute the firm’s sustainability strategy. Additionally, Justin leads the communication strategy of the firmās approach to the global marketplace and collaborates with investment teams to develop and communicate their unique sustainable investment practices. Prior to this role, he was a Senior Strategic Marketing Analyst at Loomis Sayles, covering the Global Bond, Emerging Markets Debt, and Global Equity Opportunities Teamsā strategies. Justin joined Loomis Sayles in 2015 and has 21 years of investment industry experience. Previously, he was a senior marketing manager at John Hancock Investments, where he developed marketing campaigns and materials for product and investment communications and acted as lead for all institutional channel marketing initiatives. Prior to this, Justin was at Wellington Management, where, as an assistant vice president and product management analyst, he worked with the asset allocation strategies investment team. He began his investment industry career at Wellington, as a marketing analyst who partnered with the consultant relations group to implement channel marketing for products across asset classes with consultants and wrote and edited responses to consultant RFIs for products. Justin earned a BS from SUNY Maritime College and an MBA from Northeastern University. He holds the CFA Institute’s Sustainable Investing Certificate and the PRI Applied Responsible Investment Certificate.
