Biography
Erika Fallon is an Administrative Manager and Executive Assistant at Loomis, Sayles & Company. In this role, she manages a team of administrative assistants and supports the Trading Group. Erika is also the event coordinator for the Undergraduate Women’s Investment Network (UWIN) program. She began her investment industry career when she joined Loomis Sayles in 2016. Erika completed the Women Unlimited IMpower Program in 2022. She earned a BA in mathematics from Castleton State College.
