Biography
Jen Schrader is a Director within Strategic Relationships at Loomis, Sayles & Company. In this role, she serves as the primary relationship manager for several strategic institutional clients, interfacing with external investment analysts, client boards, research specialists and manager selection teams. Additionally, Jen works closely with the Strategic Relationships Team and collaborates with the firm’s investment teams and Marketing, Legal and Compliance and Client Intake Groups on ongoing development of these external partnerships. She joined Loomis Sayles in 2020 and has 13 years of investment industry experience. Previously, Jen was at Wellington Management Company and worked as a sub-advisory client analyst with the firm’s largest sub-advisory partnerships conducting topical research and analysis, ESG thought leadership and engaging in client meetings to review investment guidelines, fee inquiries and compliance contracts. She began her career at JetBlue Airways and was responsible for evaluating city staffing models, financial forecasts and performance and building relationships with field leaders. Jen earned a BS in finance from Fordham University and an MBA from the Questrom School of Business at Boston University.
