About the Program.
For 10 weeks, approximately 20 interns gain direct experience in a professional setting in a variety of departments throughout the company, including investment and non-investment teams. Interns receive industry-specific professional peer development aimed at providing knowledge and tools to advance in a corporate environment.

Prerequisites.
The Undergraduate Summer Internship Development Program (USID) is a first-generation college program seeking a diverse range of students who are currently underrepresented in the investment industry. This program seeks undergraduates that are passionate to learn more about the investment management industry and have the following prerequisites:
- GPA of 3.0 or above
- Rising sophomores, juniors and seniors
- First-generation college students
- Underrepresented in the investment industry

Associate Development Program
Select participants of Loomis Saylesā UWIN and USID programs are invited to apply for the Associate Development Program (ADP) upon graduation. The ADP is a two year rotation program in which participants are hired by the firm to complete a series of multi-month engagements within a variety of departments across the firm. Participants work with mentors and receive additional training and development opportunities.

How long is the internship?
The internship will last approximately 10 weeks (based on student availability). The timing will be from early June to mid-August.
