Biography
Chris Dietz is the Chief Technology Officer for Loomis, Sayles & Company and NIM-os, a subsidiary of Loomis Sayles that provides technology, operating and other services to Loomis Sayles, Natixis Investment Managers, various affiliates and select clients. He joined Loomis Sayles in 2003 and is a member of the NIM-os operating committee and the Loomis Sayles operating committee. Chris leads the design and oversees the development of the firm’s next-generation proprietary hybrid cloud-based integration platform and related pilot applications for trading and institutional services, among others. He is responsible for setting the technical roadmap for the firm and aligning IT with the strategic direction of the enterprise. Chris began his career at Loomis Sayles as a Software Engineer and later became Senior Architect, leading the enterprise architecture function and the joint enterprise development and implementation group. In 2023, he took the lead role for institutional services technology and BOT-os, helping build the next generation set of AI enabled tools and software in the cloud. Chris earned a BAfrom Washington and Lee University.
