Biography
Tricia Keefe is the Head of Corporate Services at Loomis, Sayles & Company. She has global responsibility for the firm’s real estate and space planning. Tricia’s responsibilities include management consulting, working with HR and other departments on setting, maintaining and enhancing the firm’s policies and procedures for our hybrid and remote environments, and employee relations. She plays an integral part in talent management and career development of employees as the co-chair of the Learning and Development Council. Tricia is the executive sponsor of the Undergraduate Summer Internship Development Program focused on first-generation college students and mentorship coordinator for the Undergraduate Women’s Investment Network. She is a co-coordinator of the new Loomis Sayles Associate Development Program, which is designed to attract, retain and develop early career talent by leveraging the pipeline of the firm’s two internship programs. Tricia joined Loomis Sayles in 1993 as a portfolio assistant and spent 25 years as the HR Business Partner for the investment teams. She earned a BSBA from the University of Massachusetts Lowell with a concentration in management. In addition, Tricia actively participates as a mentor for the Women Unlimited LEAD program.
