Biography
Vincent Smith is a Portfolio Analyst for the Relative Return Team at Loomis, Sayles & Company. He is responsible for building and utilizing analytic solutions for the Relative Return Team and Investment Grade Sector Team. These solutions pertain to daily credit new issuance, product meetings, client calls and client meeting reporting. Additionally, Vincent supports the Investment Grade Sector Team with daily, weekly and monthly credit and industry analysis, which reflect the team’s views on individual credits, industries and the overall credit cycle.
Vincent has 25 years of investment industry experience and joined Loomis Sayles in 2001. Previously, he was a client service assistant at Back Bay Advisors, where he, as part of a two-person marketing and client service department, produced and distributed new business presentations, client reporting and marketing materials, and coordinated RFP information and consultant manager search questionnaires.
Vincent earned a BFA from Rochester Institute of Technology.
