Biography
Carina Wang is a Mortgage and Structured Finance Analyst and Trader at Loomis, Sayles & Company. She covers the MBS passthrough and credit risk transfer sectors.
Carina joined Loomis Sayles in 2019 and has 10 years of investment industry experience. Previously, she was a TBA trader at Citigroup, where she focused mostly on the conventional 30-year market. Prior to this, Carina was responsible for trading and research of CDS and synthetic credit derivatives. She began her career as an equity exotics quant at Goldman Sachs.
Carina earned a dual bachelor’s degree in statistics and actuarial science from Michigan State University and a master’s degree in financial mathematics from Columbia University.
