Biography
Iris Tang is a Senior Mortgage and Structured Finance Analyst for the Fixed Income Group at Loomis, Sayles & Company, where she specializes in CMBS. Iris joined Loomis Sayles in 2021 and has 13 years of investment industry experience. Previously, she was a strategist on the fixed income research team at Citi, where she covered private-label CMBS, agency CMBS, CRE CLO, CMBX and commercial real estate fundamentals and regularly published papers on bond relative value, loan credit analysis, collateral performance and other new market developments.
Iris earned an MS in computational finance from Carnegie Mellon University and a PhD in mathematics from the University of Pittsburgh. She is a CFA® charterholder.
