Biography
Gary Mahler is a Portfolio Construction Strategist for the Global Fixed Income Team at Loomis, Sayles & Company. He began his investment industry career in 2004 and joined Loomis Sayles in 2008 as an Operations Analyst. Gary was later promoted to Senior Operations Analyst and then Manager of Fixed Income Operations before joining the Global Fixed Income Team in 2014 as an Investment Analyst. He was promoted to Senior Investment Analyst in 2019 and to Portfolio Construction Strategist in 2024. Previously, Gary worked at State Street Bank as a senior fund accountant. He earned a BS from the University of Richmond.
