Biography
David Lapierre is a Senior Credit Research Analyst for the Fixed Income Group at Loomis, Sayles & Company. He covers the specialty finance industries in leveraged finance, as well as the BDCs and the hardware industry in investment grade. David joined Loomis Sayles as a Credit Research Analyst in 2007 covering the finance and insurance sectors. Previously, he worked at KeyBanc Capital Markets, where he was a corporate and investment banking associate covering middle-market companies across multiple industries. David began his investment career in KeyCorp’s credit management training program and was an analyst in the Boston middle-market lending office. He earned a BA in economics from the University of Maine and an MSF from Boston College. David holds FINRA licenses 7 and 63. He is a CFA® charterholder and holds the Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA) designation.
