Undergraduate Summer Internship Development Program (USID)

The USID program at Loomis Sayles provides students with a deep 10-week learning experience in the financial services sector that changes lives and opens up doors for a lifetime.

What Makes this Internship Different?

The program offers a holistic approach to the student's work experience and ongoing development. Most importantly, we seek applicants interested in growing ALL of their professional capacities. The program is broken down three main components:

Direct Experience

Students get direct experience by spending 10 weeks learning meaningful, practical, project-based work in a professional setting.

Ongoing Development

Students receive industry-specific and personal development aimed to give knowledge and tools to advance in a corporate environment.

Mentorship

Students are matched with an employee to support connecting experience and development to a potential career by sharing knowledge, experience, and career advice.

The internship is a first-generation college program. We seek a diverse range of students who are currently under-represented in the investment industry. Students who receive 50% or more need-based financial aid are also encouraged to apply.
