What share classes are currently offered by each Fund?
- Class-I (Institutional). Institutional Class shares are available through Loomis Sayles with a minimum initial investment of $100,000 or higher.
Institutional shares of certain funds may be available at lower minimums through major fund marketplaces.
- Retail. Retail Class shares are available through Loomis Sayles with a minimum initial investment of $2,500. Retail shares
can also be purchased through major fund marketplaces.
- Admin. Admin class shares are available through Loomis Sayles for 401(k) plans only.
- Class-Y. Class Y shares are available through Loomis Sayles to institutional investors with a minimum initial investment of
$100,000, to clients of registered investment advisors that utilize institutional trading platforms approved by the Funds, and to investors in
wrap-fee programs or employee benefit plans approved by the Funds.
- Class-N. Class N shares are available through Loomis Sayles to employer-sponsored retirement plans with no minimum initial investment. Class N is the lowest priced share class offered by Loomis Sayles.
