| Loomis Sayles provides a broad array of collective investment trusts (CITs) for defined contribution plan use. Similar to mutual funds, these investment vehicles are held in either super-omnibus accounts or omnibus accounts at the plan level and trade via NSCC, striking daily NAVs. The CITs may have multiple share classes and provide servicing payments directly to the plan's recordkeepers. Quarterly fact sheets are available for participant use. Additional reporting and servicing for recordkeepers, consultants and plan sponsor investment committees is also available based on the specific plan needs.
